Works for both right and left hand sides.
Includes backing plate and mounting screws
Note the dimensions for the holes on the base mounting plate. Hole Centre is 55mm

As specifically recommended for the following cars where the vertical angle of the door panel does not allow for a comfortable mount for the mirror :
