As fitted to many models of Triumph Cars and Classic Cars through the period.
Just to save confusion for some of the customers these are nominal sizes of the diaphragms.
External OD : 78mm
Internal Diameter of the small end:  42mm
Height (uncompressed)  : 15mm
If the car is running badly, or maybe not even running at all you would do well to check the condition of this rubber diaphragm in the Stromberg Carburetor.
Replacement will make a big difference in your life!!
Even if you do not need one right now its wise to carry a spare!!
