Viton tip 0.070" spring loaded. The original brass tipped plastic body version is replaced by a more reliable Viton rubber tipped metal Body.

The Viton Tip will future proof your carburetor Needle and Seat against the ravages of Ethanol Fuel .

Genuine SU Carburettor Parts

If you have flooding or fuel starvation issues, make sure you check out the operation of the needle and seat in the carburetor.

The system does wear out and it can cause a lot of problems for your Morris Minor.

This Needle Valve Controls the flow of Fuel into the Float Chamber and shuts off when the Float reaches the correct height.

Original versions were a Brass Body and used a Steel Needle.

These were replaced around 1960 by the Delrin type which had a nylon Spring loaded Body (anti vibration) with a Steel Needle tip.

This has now been replaced (2009) by a Spring loaded Valve but with a Viton tip.

Far superior to any other needle valve available.
