Powerspark Electronic Ignition Kit (Negative Earth) for Bosch 6 Cyl, Right Hand Points Distributors.
Bosch distributors are either 1 piece or 2 piece construction, and have Left Hand or Right Hand Points Sets.
Cars made prior to 1968 generally have a cast distributor with 2 piece right hand points.
Cars made after 1968 generally have an alloy distributor with left or right hand points.
This ignition kit is designed to replace a one piece, right hand points set in Bosch 6 Cyl distributors.
These distributors can have Bosch product codes 0 231 162 002, 1 237 013 112
Suitable for vacuum advance & centrifugal advance distributors.
You can find these distributors in some 6 Cyl BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche cars as well as some Ford Mustangs and Volvo-Penta boats.
This kit comes with a 16mm trigger ring, however, if your cam size is bigger than this you will require our K10-18.65 Ignition Kit that includes an 18.65mm trigger ring.
