Remanufactured LUCAS Original Equipment

Lucas type "2 Pin" inertia Powerlite Classic Starter Motor.

Commonly known as the "5 inch" inertia as the distance between hole centres measures exactly 5 inches.

Note this is 9 tooth pinion .

This is a fully remanufactured OE Lucas unit, not an imitation from Asia.

Sourced direct from the Powerlite Factory this range of Remanufactured units has undergone every test and is fully backed by the Powerlite warranty.

If originality and  reliability is your thing, you cannot go further than this range of Inertia Starter Motors

Aside from the confidence of knowing that this part was made for your vehicle, we should note that Hawkswood have visited the plant in the United Kingdom and seen the care and expertise that is applied when these units are re-manufactured.

Each item is individually tested before labelling with the Lucas Sticker and packaging.

As such we offer the Factory Warranty of Two Years from Date of Purchase on this unit. 

In the unlikely event should the unit fail please return it to us with Proof of Purchase,
