This is a transmission mount for a Triumph Spitfire 1962 to 1980 (Non-Overdrive Only), Triumph GT6, MG Midget 1500. Two mounts are needed per car. These mounts wear out very often because they are open to oil from the engine and heat from the exhaust. Smooth out the ride of your car with some new mounts.
