Gasket to suit Triumph Six Cylinder Engines GT6 TR5 TR250 TR6 & 2000 / 2500 Mk2 Saloons 

A custom designed Silicone Gasket to replace the old style cork and composite gaskets as originally fitted to many Classic Cars of the period.

Who hasn't spent more than a few hours cleaning and scraping off the residue of the old style gaskets, then carefully applying fresh sealant etc to the cork ... only to have it leak oil again on your newly painted or cleaned engine.
Relief is at hand with these custom designed and moulded silicone units that are not only a far better seal, but you can use them over and over again without a fear of leakage and seeping oil.
You no longer have to fear tappet setting etc, it becomes much easier with this replaceable Gasket.
Of course, preparation of the surfaces is important, and we show a step by step guide in the down load tab, but once you have done it, your life will be a whole lot easier.
We do recommend the red RTV CRC Sealant that is linked to this page so that you get it right first time.
Note there is a difference in profile of the actual seal if you are  fitting an original Valve or Rocker Cover as opposed to the later allow after market Rocker Covers. Please take care when selecting.

To achieve “The Perfect Seal” in our molded Silicone Gaskets. We produce these premium silicone gaskets using modern measuring equipment (CMM) and CAD programs. The Proprietary Formulation of our silicone yields the best Shore Durometer for the application. The result is a permanent gasket that provides a total oil control with modern oils. The gasket has the feature of being able to be removed and reinstalled multiple times without being replaced. A thin coat of RTV on one side of the gasket to fixture the gasket is all that is required..once. Cork and paper gaskets are cheaper, but labor intensive and not equal to the challenge of containing modern synthetic oils.
