The pancake Filter has a foam ring sandwiched between two expanded metal rings... one outside that you can see and one internal that holds the shape of the sponge. 

Dimensions:  

Overall :   140mm x 25mm

The Centre hole is    45mm

Centre to centre on the Wider Holes is nominally 72mm

Centre to Centre on the narrower set is 50mm
