AC DELCO Type Mechanical Fuel Pump Repair Kit       AEU2760A
AC type Fuel pump repair kit with all gaskets and valves as shown in the images.
This is a 9-piece kit as shown in the pictures 
Note the main shaft on the diaphragm is 38mm from the top of the shaft to the plate on the diaphragm. See the image.
The OD of the valves is 18.93mm
The Diaphragm can be supplied in black or sometimes in red.
From what we can determine, there seems to be no difference in the quality of the material.
The diaphragm is rated as good for modern fuels.
Note the orientation of the Shaft in relation to the holes in the diaphragm
We have found slight variances in this in certain items on the shelf. This should not make a any difference to your pump.
However, if using this kit on AC Pumps fitted to certain Ford Cars you may find that the holes do not line up correctly.
Should this be the case we have found that owners are easily able to punch a new series of holes in the diaphragm to enable it to fit without having to try and rotate the shaft to an uncomfortable position in the pump.
