So you do not have a vehicle hoist.... or even worse than that the vehicle wont fit on the Hoist....

Or maybe you know how hard it is to balance that transmission on your normal jack... it never really works properly!!

If you are underneath that vehicle... then this machine will make an easy One Man operation

Rated at 1000kg... which is more than enough for most gearboxes that we know of... this Jack will assist you to remove and of course re-install gearboxes... and Differentials , transfer Boxes and the like to the underside of most vehicles.

Standing on four cast iron wheels the machine stands firm. There are four 75mm ball bearing swivel wheels

The Rod operated Jack is exceptionally easy to operate and lifts the saddle of the machine to a height off the ground of 700mm.The lowered height is measured as 170mm to the securing plate or saddle.... and of course the Gearbox/ Diff sits on top of that.

The  Jack handle  mechanism can be rotated 360 deg

The raise - lower tap sits to the left of the jacking mechanism and can adjust the speed of lowering.... Most important when extracting a gearbox as you well know.

The chassis measures 760mm x 420mm.

The equipment that you are lifting / lowering is secured onto the saddle using a twin adjustable chain system. (750mm chains)

The Saddle is able to be tilted forward and  backwards to allow you to line up the gearbox etc.

The saddle can also be moved left and right using an adjusting knob.

The Load is lowered via an easy operated hand twist knob to give you precise control.
