NDS - MOBILE DIESEL TANK 200L with Pump Delivery Nozzle & Lockable Cover DD-200

We are thrilled to launch our range of portable Diesel Tanks in New Zealand.

This is the New Stacking Mould from the factory and it incorporates the new Tank Level Gauge as pictured.... a great New Feature for this range.

** Note the Height of this tank allows the unit to fit under most of the Well-side covers on Utes in New Zealand**

Note these tanks are only suitable for Diesel Fuel. They are NOT to be used for Petrol, Gasoline or any other solvent liquids

A note on Filling this tank.

The nominal capacity of the Tank is 200 litres. On your first fill you should expect between 190 and 200 litres to fill the tank.

Thereafter from "empty' you can expect the tank to take between 170 and 180 litres as a normal fill-up. This is because pockets of fluid / diesel accumulate in the recesses that are moulded into the tank.

In order to fully empty the tank you can use the Yellow Screw in Bung and you may have to tip the tank to access all the fluid.

- Diesel grade polyethylene tank.

- Hinged and lockable pump cover pump to guard against damage to the Pump or interference with the tank fittings.  

- Self Priming 12v DC Fuel Pump. -  Flow: 40 Litres or 10 Gallons per minute. 30 Minute Duty Cycle.  

- 30 min duty cycle, 30 min on/off. 

- Padlock Lockable Pump cover.

- Note the stacking stabiliser tabs to allow the tanks to be safely stacked on top of each other  

- Quality auto-shut off nozzle with adjustable trigger. 

- GTL007-19 Oil Fuel Hose delivery hose length: 4M, with swivel and crimped fittings. 

- Fused 4M Wiring harness with Crocodile clamps. 

- Fine Mesh Filter on the suction line. 

- Slotted grooves to allow for ratchet tie downs either side of the tank

- Deep recessed hand holds to assist when moving the tank.

- Note the twin Fork lift Grooves are set at 500mm centres

- Size overall : Size overall : 1100 = width (left to right) 805 = depth (front to back) 450 = height (bottom to top).

The NDS Range of Portable Diesel and Water Tanks are not recommended for long term exposure to Outdoor or Sunlight Conditions.  Please place an appropriate weather protection over your tank if it is to be stored outdoors for extended periods.
