The unit is offered in a robust Red & Black with zinc coated fittings for corrosion protection.
The support arm end are covered in a cushion rubber to minimize damage to your vehicle when resting on the channels in the engine compartment.
Safety and adjustablity are the two main criteria when using this tool.
Far safer than the old trolley jack under the engine or those scraps of wood so often seen supporting the engine or gearbox.
Naturally these are a must if you are working over a garage Pit !!

The ability to "tilt" the engine when fitting it to the gearbox is also hugely convenient..
This 300Kg weight rated unit is adjustable in width to 1100mm to 1380mm.
The single hook system is supplied with a length of galvanized chain... but you may need to extend that as it is difficult to asses how large your gear box or engine is.
There is heaps of thread on the adjuster to move the hook up and down (o- 305mm)
Please don't pay attention to the car in the picture. that is simply there to give you the correct idea.
