Ok... this is the little cap that angles the filler tube down into the Washer Bottle or Washer bag

Its pretty hard to hold the tube correctly in the bottle without this cap.

Often stained, cracked or damaged..... you need one of these to make this system work correctly and also to look good in the engine bay
