Dust cover for all four swivel pin joints.

The same part is used  on uppers or lowers.

This dust cover does get neglected but it does a tough job where it is positioned in keeping out the debris from the joint.

If ever you are working on the car or adjusting the joints and have a chance to change these they should be renewed as they are not expensive.
